Shipping and delivery

We ship with DHL within Germany and to countries outside the EU. We currently do not deliver to other EU countries. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and include VAT. You see the exact costs of your order at checkout, before you place it.
Shipping within Germany
- up to 5 kg: €8.49
- over 5 kg up to 10 kg: €9.49
- over 10 kg up to 20 kg: €18.49
- over 20 kg: €18.99
Orders of €450.00 or more are shipped free of charge within Germany.
Shipping to the rest of Europe (outside the EU)
- up to 5 kg: €18.49
- over 5 kg up to 10 kg: €21.99
- over 10 kg: €45.99
For example to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland and the United Kingdom.
Shipping to the rest of the world
- up to 5 kg: €47.99
- over 5 kg up to 10 kg: €77.99
- over 10 kg: €142.99
Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total shown.
Delivery times
Unless stated otherwise for the item, we deliver within Germany in 3 to 7 days and abroad in 7 to 14 days after the contract is concluded (for prepayment, from your payment order). There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we ship everything in one parcel unless agreed otherwise. The delivery time is then that of the item with the longest delivery time.
Collection
You can collect your order from us in Dörrenbach by arrangement; there are no shipping costs then. We let you know by e-mail as soon as the goods are ready.
